Role and Responsibility of CS Intern
- Basic understanding of Companies act 2013 and FEMA
- Able to follow defined processes.
- Understands personal development areas and is driven to bridge gaps
- Able to work under direct supervision
- Assist supervisors in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies.
- Sound Knowledge of Company law, GST Laws other Tax Registrations
- Interest in Intellectual Property law
- Good Communication drafting skills
- Willingness to Learn Take initiative beyond routine responsibility.
- Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes, and systems used.
- A positive attitude and the ability to quickly learn are a must.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
