**Spriggen Gardener P Ltd** is a company in the Gardening sector seeking to sell our Services and Products in the Kerala market. The 'Services' include Landscaping Services, Garden Maintenance, Vertical Gardens and Urban Gardening. Our 'Products' are cut flowers, tropical plants and plant gifts.
- Use creativity to create harmonious, aesthetically pleasing, and functional landscaped areas
- Perform site analyses that include the assessment of soil conditions, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the building.
- Plan the landscape, structures within, hardscape, retaining walls, pathways, and other civil work
- Choose plants to suit the landscape taking into account the color, foliage, climatic conditions, life cycles, height and spread etc.
- Plan the finished area by sketching it to scale. These drawings should be detailed
- Create concept drawings followed by working drawings for implementation of the project
- Drawings will include use of Auto CAD (knowledge is must) and other software
- Make irrigation and lighting drawings
- Ability to communicate well both with clients and other types of workers (contractors, supervisors, etc.) on the landscaping team
- Make presentations when necessary to discuss the project, complete with charts, sketches, and so forth
- Review plans, proposed changes, and any other necessary documents
- Monitor progression of the project to ensure that it is going as planned
- Keeping records, including everything from correspondence to reports

**Education& Experience**
- Landscape architecture
- Landscape architect or Garden Design minimum 2 years

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
