**Junior IT Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and screen resumes for IT positions across various domains.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably HR or related discipline).

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
