We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are properly followed.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and data summaries as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
