We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Purchase and Stores Executive. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement and management of supplies and equipment for our hospital operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with various departments to assess their procurement needs and requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and terms for supplies and equipment.
- Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, consumption, and expiry dates.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and implement measures to prevent loss or wastage.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
