**Trainer, HOD and Subject matter experts for English**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with team to develop enrich textbooks, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, digital resources (PPTS ) and classroom management techniques for teachers and children
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and strategies into the curriculum.
- Oversee the development and implementation of assessment tools.
- identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Train Primary levels**
- Minimum Master's degree with 7+ years of teaching experience in English and Recent training experience in the current curriculum
- Brings in innovative methodologies, new insights and practices in lesson plan delivery facilitating improvement in the learning process.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in pedagogy and innovation.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and educational best practices.
- Strong research skills with innovative and creative ideas for designing and delivering teaching and learning resources.
- Experience in Voice over and Power Point Presentations.
- Ability to work with technology with a good understanding of MS office and other e-learning platforms.
- Attention to detail to ensure that the teaching and learning resources are error-free and meet the required standards.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
