Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and meet sales objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure efficient supply chain management and optimal product distribution.
- Manage the area sales budget effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the designated area as required.
