**Job Description: Nursing Supervisor**

The Patient Experience Executive role is a full-time on-site position located in Chennai with MedRabbits Healthcare, for the medical tourism and home care verticals of the company. As a Patient Experience Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality level of patient experience. You will collaborate closely with the care team - including providers, hospital / medical staff, and patients’ family members - to ensure patient satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting regular visits to patients, hospitals, airports, check-ins with patients, gathering patient feedback, addressing patient concerns, and being a bridge between patients with the care team. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in healthcare and hospitality.

Prior experience in healthcare administration, hospitality administration or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful relationship-building in a healthcare or service-oriented setting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

A compassionate, empathetic personality with a passion for client-centered care.

Experience and skills in data analysis, tracking, and reporting would be beneficial.
