**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Chinese and Continental dishes according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines
- Manage and execute the food preparation in the assigned section independently
- Ensure food presentation and portioning meet company standards
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and work area at all times
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations and special events
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs
- Follow HACCP, FSSAI, and kitchen safety standards strictly
- Assist in new menu development and tastings when required
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of kitchen experience with expertise in both **Chinese** and **Continental** cuisine
- Culinary diploma or certification from a recognized institute preferred
- Strong understanding of international cooking techniques, sauces, and plating styles
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
