**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Chemistry Teacher** to teach **Grades 11 and 12** students at our center in Goregaon. The role requires delivering structured, in-depth lessons for board syllabi (CBSE, ICSE, HSC) and competitive exams (JEE, NEET). This is an **on-site role only**, and the teacher must be available for in-person sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry** to students of **Grades 11 and 12**.
- Prepare and deliver structured, syllabus-aligned lessons with clear concept breakdowns.
- Train students for board exams as well as competitive exams like **JEE**, **NEET**, and **KVPY**.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the academic team.
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning levels and pace of students.

**Requirements**:

- **Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry** (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred for school boards).
- Strong command over senior-level Chemistry syllabus (Grade 11 & 12 - CBSE, ICSE, State Board).
- Minimum **1-2 years of teaching experience** for higher secondary or competitive exams preferred.
- Ability to make abstract chemistry concepts easy, engaging, and memorable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to **Goregaon, Mumbai** for in-person classes.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with **JEE/NEET/Olympiad** exam formats and question types.
- Experience teaching **IGCSE/IB** students (optional but beneficial).
- Ability to use digital teaching tools, simulations, and smart board technology.
- Comfort with integrating current scientific discoveries or trends into lessons.
