**Key Responsibilities**
- Attending Inbound calls and help customer in dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statement etc.
- Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
- Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of
- Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure team meets the targets month on month.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Must be Graduate.
- DRA Certified Preferred
- Minimum 1-2 year of Experience handling Inbound Calls related to Collection queries/Service is preferred
- Good Team player.
