As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced **Freight Broker** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source, negotiate, and secure freight loads with shippers and carriers.
- Develop and maintain a network of reliable carrier partners.
- Coordinate and manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track and trace freight, providing real-time updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Handle all necessary documentation related to freight movement.
- Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or route changes promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Use transportation management systems (TMS) and CRM software effectively.

**Qualifications**
- **1+ years of experience** as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and freight load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight classifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
