Cashier/sales Assistant

Hari Gokal is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
2. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
4. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely.
5. Utilize the billing software "eFacto" for transaction processing.
6. Demonstrate basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel.
7. Adhere to the store's operating hours, with the job timing from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
8. Work a 7-day schedule, with one weekly day off.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. 10. Assist in other store activities and tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
1. Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
2. Basic computer skills with familiarity in MS Excel.
3. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
