**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the job openings
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter in U.S. sector.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Fluency in the English language is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Freshers and Graduates can also apply.
- 6 months to 1 year of Experience in IT recruiting for U.S process.
- Higher secondary passed out who has relevant experience can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
