We're hiring an Operations Associate - Expert Network for our Network Team in Delhi. As part of our expert onboarding team, you'll be responsible for executing time-critical research across projects. You'll have the opportunity to work with Industry leaders directly, build research expertise, and tailor advisory solutions for their unique needs.

**Key responsibilities**
- Understanding the scope of the project and demonstrating flexibility in addressing a client’s changing requirements
- Industry research aimed at sourcing leads and enhancing the existing pool of Industry Leaders
- Confidently approach senior practice specialists and onboard nodes in line with a client's requirements
- Develop a deeper understanding of an industry to appreciate the dynamics and structure of the industry.
- Master the Expert relationship workflow, and seamlessly execute and improve processes.
- Ensure client delight while also creating a win-win for our Expert Nodes

**Key Skills**:

- Customer-centric attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone
- Focused approach to problem-solving along with a strong background in networking.
- A logical and focused approach to solving client problems
- Resourceful and proactive approach to consulting assignments at hand
- Experience of having worked in advisory or Sales/BD setting would be an added advantage.
- Very good listener, and deep empathy toward clients to respond to their needs
- 0-1 years experience
- Fantastic Communication and writing skills - both verbal and written
