**Job Title**: International Telecaller

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in international markets.
- Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with their inquiries.
- Promote products/services and answer customer questions regarding features, pricing, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales or service targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and operations across markets.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience, keeping customer satisfaction levels high.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international calling or customer service (telecalling).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, or German can be a plus).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers from diverse cultures.
- Comfortable using CRM software and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Flexible to work in different shifts according to international time zones.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with international market trends is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
