We are looking for an Assistant Administrator to join our dynamic team As an Assistant Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Admin Officer in various administration processes.

**Qualifications**: B. Com (Knowledge of Accounting will be considered an add-on)

**Assistant Administrator Job Responsibilities**

As an Assistant Administrator, your job will consist of the following responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.
- Maintains
- supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Analysing Financial Data by being able to prepare/validate financial statements.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Proficiency in computerised accounting packages.
- Updating day-to-day accounting transactions.
- TDS calculations, Payments, understanding of tax structure (GST, PT, etc.).
- Should be able to answer the queries raised by auditors during the finalisation of accounts.
- Maintaining the records of Income & Expenditure.
- Compliance with statutory requirements like ESI, PF and TDS.
- Generation of cash flow, funds flow statements and MIS report.
- Should know about handling material, stores, purchases etc.
- Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority
