**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential B2B and B2C clients and build strong partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market demands.
- Manage and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of services.

**Marketing Management**
- Create and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Oversee branding initiatives to enhance Giftlaya’s market presence.
- Develop promotional campaigns and offers to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

**Team Leadership**
- Train and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and operational goals.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in eCommerce or service-based industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
