**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Project Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of advertising projects from briefing to delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams (creative, media, digital, production, accounts) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met as per client expectations.
- Conduct internal and client-facing status meetings to update on project progress.

**Operations Oversight**
- Ensure day-to-day operations of the advertising function run efficiently.
- Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Implement operational best practices and process improvements.

**Client Coordination**
- Work closely with the account management team to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining communication and transparency throughout project life cycle.

**Vendor Management**
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, production houses, event vendors, etc.) to manage timelines, quality, and costs.
- Negotiate costs and timelines where necessary, maintaining adherence to budgets.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate documentation of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, operational efficiency, and resource utilization for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
