We are seeking an experienced educator to manage academic operations at a specific grade level, ensuring high academic results, data management, and parent satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Master's Degree and B.Ed
- 5-6 years of academic experience, with at least 3 years as a Coordinator/Supervisor/HOD
- Must be a resident of Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage grade-level academic delivery and administration
- Coordinate with Central Committees to implement curriculum guidelines
- Establish high standards for academic performance and student discipline
- Ensure optimal engagement of teaching staff and timely completion of academic work
- Coordinate with the Principal and management to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Expected Competencies:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills to manage online learning platforms
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
