**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handling multiple MIS (operations & Accounts) reports.
- Making advance presentations for Board Meeting & MRM (Monthly review Meeting).
- Daily Reports Tracker Send to Operation Department, Finance Department & HR Department etc.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, yearly accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
- Daily Utilized the ITS web portal to maintain a database of passenger & Ticketing information.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Regularly tested various GPS Web portals of the database and reported issues / bugs to the concern department.
- SQL Database queries to create specific ETM report for Operation / Accounts departments.
- Crew Attendance/ Utilization, Incentive & Deduction monthly details data Verify with daily Operation report & HR Biometric Attendance.
- Standard report formats are designed and implement for data maintained in all units like.
- DVP (Daily Vehicle Position Status), Breakdowns (Analysis), Monthly Billing, fines & Penalty, Crew Utilization, etc.

- TYPING: (English), (Marathi & Hindi).

**Qualification**:Graduate in Any stream

**Experience: - **1 - 2 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
