**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and repairing imperfections.
- Select, mix, and match paint colors to meet required specifications.
- Protect adjacent surfaces using masking tape, drop cloths, and other coverings.
- Inspect painted surfaces for touch-ups, ensuring smooth and even finish.
- Safely operate and maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines regarding paints, solvents, and chemicals.
- Keep records of materials used, time taken, and maintenance work completed.
- Collaborate with supervisors or clients to achieve desired finish and color specifications.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (ITI/technical certification preferred).
- Proven experience as a Painter in construction, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in varying environments.
- Strong attention to detail and color perception.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and material handling.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.
- Exposure to paint fumes, dust, and chemicals (protective equipment will be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
