**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for dynamic and experienced **Freelance Soft Skills Trainers** to join our skill development initiative in Gujarat. This role involves delivering impactful and interactive soft skills training sessions to students, aimed at enhancing their employability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on soft skills (communication, teamwork, time management, workplace etiquette, etc.)
- Evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and training outcomes
- Coordinate with the program team for training schedules, logistics, and reporting
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in delivering soft skills training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage classrooms and ensure effective learning outcomes
- Certification in soft skills or related training (preferred)
- Proficient in **English** and **regional language(s) Hindi & Gujarati**

**Schedule**
- **Day Shift**:

- Flexible work hours depending on program needs
