**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Job Profile**:

- Taking confirmed order of customer from Sales Exec / Manager
- Updating the work order / fixed plan on daily basis
- Coordinating with Design department to release drawing / BOM
- Co-ordinating with production team for order execution and dispatch date
- coordinating with customer on order readiness and dispatch
- be part of daily production review meeting
- coordinating with transporter for vehicle for dispatch
- making packing list, invoice and e-way bill
- mailing dispatch intimation details to customer
- Updating all necessary documents with regard to ISO and customer audit
- follow up on payments
- Taking customer feedback quarterly
