**Profile: Sales Coordinator (Male/Female)**

**Location: Manesar, Haryana**

**Experience: 1-3 Years Salary: 20K - 25K**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES COORDINATION**

1. Handling customer inquiries received through any source and submitting offers through software.

2. Handling orders received by customers and checking the orders have the correct terms & conditions. The order should be entered in ERP same day and ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered on time.

3. Daily coordination with the logistics team to ensure material availability status, any delay or any other queries related to dispatch need to be handled efficiently.

4. Active communication and coordination with sales engineers/customers/ dealers to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time. In case of delay, informing them of delays, arranging new delivery dates and finally ensuring dispatch as per schedule.

5. For non-standard items, take advance as per policy.

6. Maintaining a good relationships with an existing customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue

7. New lead generation by identifying potential customers through cold calling, India mart reference, or other references to generate revenue.

8. Meet Sales revenue targets

9. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

10. Ensure to submit sales reports / MIS reports as per instruction given by Sales Manager.

11. Provide support and guidance to junior coordinators or sales engineers

12. Ensuring that all sales activities and customer service activities run smoothly

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
