**Job Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to help maintain relationships with clients, process orders, track inventory, and handle scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, such as preparing sales presentations, reports, and quotes.
- **Order Management**: Process incoming orders, monitor order status, and ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Provide support to customers and address inquiries or concerns about products, orders, or deliveries.
- **Communication**: Act as the point of contact between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, shipping) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on progress toward sales targets.
- **Schedule Management**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and inform the sales team of any supply shortages or issues.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Sales Analysis**: Help track performance against sales goals, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve sales efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
