**Roles and Responsibilities**

The role is on Third Party Payroll - FulltimePerson would be responsible for preparation of MIS with the analysis & actions for “Things not gone well” for related area like Daily & monthly Dispatches, Packing, Pending Orders, Shortage & Excess, Damage, Insurance, VOR Pending, Sales return, Manpower utilization, Delay in supplies & further scope for improvement.**Responsibilities**:
Adherence to daily despatch plan wrt Orders (Domestic)

Adherence to daily despatch plan

TAT Despatch ( Gate in to Dock Out)

Coordination with inter & intra departments to close pending order as per time limit.

Identification of losses / gaps which are hindering the desired result for budgeted items.

Arrange for the reviews to ensure defining of improvement action plan

Develop, establish & support for execution of the new systems / upgradation of current systems to improve the operations efficiency.

Spread TPM awareness and audit for TPM progress

Audits to adherence to defined procedures /systems.

5 “’S’ Activities Adherence

ZWL guide lines adherence

Analyse the Manpower availability in departments for assisting timely.

Tracking of team member attrition and absenteeism for operations departments.

Daily check for shop vs Time office on roll, present details to ensure no gaps.

Counselling of team member for unplanned absenteeism,

'Reduction in Pending VOR Orders

'Zero Pending VOR for despatch for available FG material

'Conversion of 100% VOR parts to FG

Freight cost management & Truck Filling Optimisation.

Improving Filling Efficiency of Truck

Reduction in Transit Claims

Improvements in process

Timely clearance of Vehicles from Warehouse
