Interface to customers for witness inspection
- Good knowledge of procedure for ISO, QC inspection process.
- Create Incoming Raw Material Inspection Report
- Handle manufacturing QC cycle and daily report
- Monitor performance against the department objectives (IQC, PQC, OQC, BIS, Customer complaint, and Quality Loss amount), and Make an action plan against significant Quality Problem/ assignments
- Promote significant themes/ projects - Product quality issues, Quality System/ process issue/ Future planning - Provide Long term solution & Short Term solutions
- Evaluate the performance of subordinate, and make the action plan for improvement of slow performers/ non performers
- Play a vital role in reviewing and approving Quality Standards,
- Play an important role in final product review, product design review, premass production approval etc.
- Review, examine and approve special control standards for new product, prepare a trend for defect analysis using special control period.
- Checking / Validating Inspection Schedule
- Closely monitor BIS requirements

**Salary**: From ₹9,000.00 per month
