Job Description for the post of Legal Associate.

1. Position: Legal Associate.

2. Vacancy for 6-7 Associates.

**3. Responsibilities**:
a) Legal Research

b) Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents like Agreement for Sale, Leave & License, PAAA (Permanant Alternate Accommodation Agreement etc.

c) Court Appearance

d) Due Diligence

e) Documentation and Recordkeeping

f) Stay Informed and follow ups.

4. Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's degree in Law.

b. 2-4 years of experience working as a legal associate or in a similar legal role within a law firm, corporate legal department, or related setting.

c. Solid understanding of various areas of law especially real estate laws, contracts, corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

d. Proficient in conducting legal research and using legal databases.

e. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
