Prepare facade sketch details and drawings, and design systems based on the environmental aspects of facade design
- Manage in the design of projects technically, and understand the best facade solutions
- Carry out thermal performance and condensation risk analysis
- Work in groups on projects (domestic and foreign)
- Ensure that finished products submitted to customers meet quality standards and regulations
- Participate in building ideas, architectural concepts, and layout design
- Deploy basic design documents

Job requirements:

- An Architectural Engineering degree or similar
- Excellent sketching skills and understanding of facade systems
- Good working knowledge of CAD, Revit, Sketchup software
- Can communicate in English (basic)
- Capable of manual handsketching
- Can analyze optics: apparent sunpath, sunlight, and shadow of the building

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,617.57 - ₹60,192.38 per month
