**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for sales teams.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide detailed information about products or services to customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers through cold calling and other methods.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Update customer information in the database.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding telecalling practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Skills**:

- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Patience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment.
- May require working in shifts.
- Extended periods of sitting and making calls.
