**Responsibilities**:
Support the Healthcare Team on all Software Used.
- Having Experience in IT Healthcare and Billing Software Support.
- Handling the Real-time Issues.
- Supporting the Billing \ Hospital Team for any New Requests on the Billing

Software.
- Any changes need to be done as per the requests.
- Need to support, Train the new employees regarding the software.
- Need to do Additions & Deletions in Insta as per the request.
- End-end technical Support.
- Coordinating with Insta Customer care incase of any issues pertaining.
- Handling software without any down Time.
- Added Advantage -Having skills in IT Networking, IT Infrastructure.**Key Skills Needed**:

- INSTA Experience will be Added Advantage.
- Min 2+Yrs of overall experience in providing Billing Software.
- Experience in IT helpdesk remote support, expert in troubleshooting and

resolving tickets.
- Excellent English Communication and Interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
