**Job Overview**
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Personal Social Media Executive to manage the social media presence of our Chairman and CEO, as well as the company’s official profiles. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher passionate about social media and content creation. You will be responsible for producing engaging reels, posts, photos, and videos that reflect the personal and professional brand of our leadership.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1. Content Creation**
Develop and curate engaging content for all the social media profiles of the Chairman, CEO, and the company, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
**2. Social Media Management**
Maintain and update social media profiles of the Chairman, CEO, and the company. Ensure consistent branding and messaging.
**3. Visual Content**
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, creating visually appealing content that tells a story and engages the audience.
**4. Community Engagement**
Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner to foster engagement.
**5. Content Scheduling**
Schedule and manage daily posts across various platforms to ensure consistent online presence and audience interaction.
**6. Trend Monitoring**
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality and reach.
**7. Event Documentation**
Attend company events and meetings to document activities, capturing moments that highlight the company culture and leadership.
**8. Platform Management**
Manage and update profiles of Chairman, CEO and the company on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
**9. Brand Voice Maintenance**
Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone and reflects the personal and professional brand of the Chairman and CEO.
**10. Creative Initiatives**
Brainstorm and implement creative ideas for social media campaigns to promote key messages and milestones.
**11. Continuous Learning**
Stay curious and eager to learn about new social media tools and trends to improve content and strategies.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Having certification or knowledge in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with photography and video editing is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new social media trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
