**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business travel services.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Pitch and present Tripxcia Trips’ corporate travel solutions to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop customized travel solutions based on client needs and budget.
- **Account Management & Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for corporate travel bookings and queries.
- **Reporting & Strategy Development**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or travel industry sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of corporate travel services, including airline and hotel partnerships, is a plus.
