This involves identifying the potential impacts of a wide variety of disruptions and planning for their mitigation. The appropriateness and effectiveness of the BCP process is validated through the BCM Programme as specified by Group ITP-PPS

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The role is split into two primary missions in support of CIB Business Continuity Management (BCM) global coordination:
1. Consolidate management dashboards to monitor and oversee the Business Continuity set up of all CIB locations worldwide

2. Administrate CIB global Business Continuity Management tools, including reference data updates, user support and deployment projects

He/she acts under the responsibility of and reports functionally to CIB head of Business Continuity Management

**Responsibilities**

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Everbridge (automated mass notification tool)**

1. Expert level knowledge of the tool and its employment

2. Provide support and assistance to end users (i.e. BC Officers in global locations)

3. Conduct issues’ investigation and resolution, in liaison with internal IT teams and/or suppliers’ support teams as appropriate

4. Oversee tool configuration and setup; ensure user manuals are up to date

5. User access management

6. Everbridge weekly contacts uploads

7. Lead support of new deployments and new functionality

8. Carry out controls and error checks to ensure the highest quality data
