**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Procurement**: Handle the purchasing activities for Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation items, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- **Vendor Management**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with reliable vendors.
- **Purchase Orders**: Issue purchase orders (POs) and track the delivery of materials in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- **Cost Management**: Continuously work to reduce purchasing costs without compromising on quality or specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the quality of purchased materials meets the required standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with internal departments such as production, engineering, and finance to understand material requirements and budget constraints.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation, including vendor contracts, order records, and payment details.

Required Qualifications:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing within the Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation domains.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of vendor management.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with purchasing best practices and local regulations.

Compensation:

- Salary up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
