- Assist in organizing and executing field marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

- Help coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-site registration.
- **Brand Activation**:

- Represent the company’s brand and interact with customers to generate interest.
- Distribute promotional materials and samples, answer questions, and provide information on products/services.
- Gather feedback from attendees to help improve marketing efforts.
- **Market Research & Data Collection**:

- Collect and analyze data from events, including foot traffic, engagement levels, and lead generation.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote upcoming field events online.
- **Sales Collaboration**:

- **General Administrative Tasks**:

- Support the team with data entry, inventory management, and preparation of marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in event planning, marketing, or sales (preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
