**Job Summary**:
The SAP Finance Asset Archive Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing the archiving processes of financial and asset data within the SAP system. This role involves ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving system performance through effective data management strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Archiving and Management**: Develop and implement strategies for archiving financial and asset data in SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **System Optimization**: Enhance system performance by managing data volume and optimizing storage solutions.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure all archiving processes comply with internal policies and external regulations. Generate reports and documentation as required.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration of archiving solutions.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for archiving-related issues. Ensure timely resolution of any data management problems.
- **Training and Documentation**: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Maintain comprehensive documentation of archiving processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: As Per Atos/Eviden policy - Preferred CA or finance Degrees
- **Experience**: Extensive experience with SAP Finance and Asset Management modules, including data archiving and management. Mini 10+ years of SAP Finance experience
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SAP FI, CO, and AA modules. Knowledge of SAP data archiving tools and techniques.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective archiving strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Certifications**: SAP certification in Finance or Asset Management is preferred.
- **Advantage**:NA (North America) Finance and Compliance experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
