**Telesales (Female)
- Kochi**

**ROLE**
- Filter Inbound Leads and sort out Prospective
- Inititate tele call and find requirement of the client
- Clearly understand the painpoints of client and suggest suitable solution
- Coordinate with our digital marketing team and undestand the right package.
- Present our services and solutions to the client professionally.
- Send the proposal in Whatsapp or mail
- Follow up the prospective leads constantly
- Maintain and update the database.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and work for sales closure.
- Arrange Concall or Gmeet with the Client and sales Manager.
- Sending proforma invoice on time Lead closing.
- Assist the client with onboarding.
- Post sales support
- Excellent communication.
- Passion in Sales.
- Maintain good rapport with the client.
- Regularly update and enhance product knowledge
- Research and self update about the industry trends
- Achieve sales target and meet the revenue
- Work on strict deadlines.
- Organised and well mannered
- Willing to do telecall and occassional meetings with clients
- Willing to travel to clients office for meeting and closing sales.

**WHO CAN APPLY**
- Minimum 1 to 2 year experienced in Tele sales
- Telecallers with sales closing experience
