**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Salary Range**: ₹30,001 - ₹40,000
**Experience**: 2-5 years

The **Customer Service Executive** will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing an excellent customer experience to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and issues, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Gather feedback from customers and report insights to help improve service quality.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaint patterns, and service performance metrics.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues that may affect customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements for enhancing service delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and any policy changes to ensure accurate customer communication.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve customer service skills and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
