We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team at our Jaipur office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. If you have a passion for sales and customer service and are looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer data and interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written Hindi/English).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work full-time from our Jaipur office.
