**Shift Timing**: UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening)
**Experience**: 2-5 years (Mandatory - in international supply chain/logistics, preferably UK process)
**Reports To**: Supply Chain Manager / Process Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination for UK-based clients and warehouse partners.
- Ensure accurate data entry, shipment tracking, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Communicate directly with UK vendors, logistics service providers, and customers to resolve supply chain issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with internal teams for stock planning and replenishment.
- Analyze shipment delays, inventory gaps, or vendor performance issues and escalate when required.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports, delivery schedules, and shipment documents.
- Proactively monitor supply chain KPIs (OTIF, lead times, fill rates) and support process improvement initiatives.
- Handle escalations related to damaged goods, delivery failures, or returns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in international supply chain/logistics operations (UK process experience preferred).
- **Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)** - essential for client and vendor coordination.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms.
- Sound knowledge of global shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in UK business hours.
