**Who are we looking for?**: Orbit & Skyline is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing accurate quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You'll coordinate with suppliers for procurement, track shipments, and resolve any delays. Responsibilities include maintaining SAP/ERP data, supporting pricing and negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations. You'll also identify process improvements and prepare reports for management.
**Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of parts, materials, and services.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements using SAP.
- Manage end-to-end order processing including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any potential delays.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in SAP/ERP systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to support smooth supply chain operations.
- Support pricing, quotation, and negotiation activities as required.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

**What Makes you Eligible?**:Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role.

**Must Have/ Mandate skills**:

- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office; eager to learn more.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Eager to learn and improve problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; aiming to build advanced skills.
- Good communication and a customer-focused attitude.

**Good to have**:

- Certification in Supply Chain Management
