Roles and responsibilities
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of products and services provided by the company.
- Client management.
- Resolving potential queries and complaints resolution.
- Database management.
- Regular feedback management from Clients.
- Contributing the work to the company’s knowledge base.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree/Pursuing Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and a quick learner.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.

Internship duration
- 3 months

Stipend
- As per industry standards
