**Position**: Exports Executive

**Location**: Chimbali, Pune, Maharashtra 412105

**Salary**: 25,000 to 35,000 as per current Salary

**Experience**: Min 2 - 4 Years

We are seeking an experienced Export Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing Export operations and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the processing of customer orders, including booking shipments, arranging pickups and deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor and track the status of shipments in transit, providing real-time updates to clients and proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer transactions, including invoices, shipping labels, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, anticipating future requirements, and proactively offering solutions and value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in export operations and order fulfilment.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
