**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating daily production activities in alignment with project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with RDSO and IS standards during all phases of production.
- Monitor the fabrication of components such as girders, beams, and other structural elements, ensuring high precision and quality.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to address issues promptly and maintain high standards.
- Support the implementation of safety and operational protocols on the shop floor.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and managing production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to identify process improvements and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with RDSO and IS standards and guidelines for steel fabrication.
- Experience in the steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of steel fabrication processes and equipment.
- Understand Planning, Production and Costing
- Knowledge of welding processes
- Ability to read, understand and decode fabrication and GA drawings
- Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
