**Job Title: Female Sales Executive - Tour Packages**

**Location**: Dwarka Sector 6, New Delhi

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate/graduate degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentive Plan and Paid Leaves

**Note**: Excellent English communication skills required for both domestic and international processes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create personalized domestic and international tour packages based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets.

2. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on travel-related matters and resolving complaints effectively.

3. Stay updated on travel destinations, including hotels, airlines, cruises, and other services, to offer informed recommendations.

4. Develop customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.

5. Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance accurately using booking systems and online platforms.

6. Promote travel packages, special offers, and additional services to maximize sales revenue.

7. Maintain organized records of customer information, travel bookings, and transactions.

8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

9. Provide assistance to customers during emergencies or disruptions to their travel arrangements.

10. Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.

**Skills and Experience**:
1. Proven experience in travel sales for at least one year.

2. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen actively to customer needs.

4. Knowledge of global travel destinations, trends, and ability to create enticing travel itineraries.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to accommodate customer needs.

7. Proficiency in fare and price checking, PNR creation, and excellent geographical knowledge.
