We are looking for a phone Officer for customer service, banking, financial, and investment needs is the responsibility of the Phone Banking Officer - BPO. The Phone Banking Office is in charge of resolving customer issues over the phone on a regular basis, resulting in improved customer service.

Phone Banking Officer - BPO Responsibilities:

- Direct communication with new or existing clients to deliver information about financial goods and services.
- Giving customers or clients a solution about the purchasing of financial products.
- Encourage increased sales and excellent customer service.
- Assist in the growth and maintenance of a positive company image.

Key abilities:

- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
