Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing questions, providing updates, and managing complaints.
- **Coordination & Logistics**: Coordinate with sales, service, and stockyard teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation, delivery, and service appointments.
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule service appointments and coordinate delivery slots, keeping customers informed of timelines and delays.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and service history.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
