About Us:
UiPath is a global software company that makes robotic process automation (RPA) software. It was founded in Bucharest, Romania, by Daniel Dines and Marius Tirca. Its headquarters are in New York City. The company's software monitors user activity to automate repetitive front and back-office tasks, including those performed using other business software such as customer relationship management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

In December 2020, the company filed confidentially for an initial public offering, and became public on April 21, 2021

What you'll do at UiPath:
**Inclusion**
- Manage and support monthly regional and global cultural events (Culture Calendar events) with a regional focus on APJ and supporting the other regions as need.
- Support in building digital campaigns that showcase our employees and events -Humble Experts & PUC Leaders Campaign leading up to UiPath Day (June/July).
- Attend in person belonging council events.
- Work to be the liaison between, employee groups, and the belonging council.
- Support new employee group development in APJ and EMEA.
- Manage budgets for the region - record and submit all expenses in Coupa

**Social Impact**
- Ensure all charitable data for India is captured new CRS tool.
- Help scale local India Step-tember event to a global program that combines wellness and giving.
- Support the rest of APJ in adoption of our new CRS tool, GivHero.
- Manage and record all charitable expenses and the United Nations STDGs (charitable catergory) that they are supporting.
